LAUSANNE - SATURDAY MARCH 21

This workshop is in a chosen non-mixed setting (without cis men), it welcomes all TINFA people (trans, intersex, non-binary, woman, agender). There is no required level in dance, each person does what they want/can do on the day.

☀️Materials:

Sportswear (ideally shorts but anything is fine), dancing barefoot or in indoor sneakers is possible

Remember to bring water!

The goals of Booty Therapy:

Feeling good
Reclaiming one's body through dance
Freeing oneself from blockages (emotional, traumas) through movement, voice and speech

Together we will experience an intense moment of self-discovery, connecting with our bodies, our femininity and our power, releasing our worries by moving our pelvises, our buttocks, and all this in kindness and love!

No skill level is required. All butt shapes are welcome!
